  Methyl Cellulose

Lignin fiber (Cellulose Fiber) is natural wood   after   chemically treated, lignin and most of the fibers which in wood are broken down, and leaving an inert organic fiber to form a chain of fiber structure . Because of the chemically treated temperature upon to 250 degrees, the fiber after treated under normal environmental conditions are very stable, and not easy to corrosion by acid and alkali. So at present, the cellulose fiber are widly used in SMA and OGFC open class resistance of the structure of the highway pavement.

Main Performance:

Reinforcement effect: adding fiber to the SMA mixture , the fiber is as a three-dimensional existence , like all kinds of steel fiber reinforced concrete, geogrid and geotextile reinforced materials such as Canada can play a reinforcement effect

Dispersion: If no fibers, a substantial amount of bitumen ore are likely to be micelles, will not be evenly distributed between in the aggregate, paving the road will be clearly visible to the "oil spot" exists, fiber can make plastic group dispersed.

adsorption and absorption of asphalt: Adding fiber to the SMA mixture is for fully adsorption (surface) and absorption (internal) asphalt, so that the increase in asphalt content, asphalt film thickening, improve mixture durability.

Stabilizing effect: The fiber can be let Asphalt membrane in a stable situation, especially in summer

Tackifying effect: Improve the adhesion. Fibers will increase the asphalt and mineral aggregate adhesion, bonding through the film to improve adhesion between aggregates
